Replacement fan for msi 280x 3G OC

Have a MSI 280X Gaming OC and the fans suck so am looking for a great replacement fan

Any recommendations?

I would just RMA it. It's a less than 1 year old card. Unless it's been mining 24/7 I wouldn't expect a failure.
