Replacement fan for a switch

I have a client that has a Nortel Baystack 24 port switch. One of the fans has died and I am looking around for a replacement for them. Where would I find a fan. I've tried google and ebay and no luck.

is it just a regular cooling fan? newegg and loads of other places sell those things, you just need to know what size in mm it is, and how many wires/pins are used so you can get one with the right power connector.

what model baystack? it may be cheaper to simply buy a new switch as they are worth close to nothing nowadays.

it's a 24 port 350t, but they are a not for profit organization and they have access to cisco equipment dirt cheap so I might try and convince them to pick up cisco equipment instead. They can get a plain cisco ce500 switch for like $64. So i might try and push them in that direction.
