Where to buy them cheap? I want to try and put an additional fan in the front of my case and I'll need some new drive bay covers in case I screw it up

You might get a better responce if you posted this over in C&C and indicated case brand/type.

Lian Li bay covers are easily found for sale. Some shops like PC Club have boxes of cast off bay covers.

If you want to make your own fan grill, crazypc.com sells modders mesh for $8 a sq.ft.

Hi, Most cases today come with a fan port in the front. You should see a perforated round hole maybe covered with a plastic square about the size of a fan. Look under the front of the face of the case and you should see an opening for the fans exhaust or intake. No need to mess with the HD covers. Suggestion: half your fans, including the Power Supply fan, should blow out and half in to move the most fresh air through the case. Hope this helps a little, Jim
