I read over the PSU fan replacement articles and it sounds too easy. I just have to be sure not to touch something that I shouldn't. I've heard that these PSU can hold onto enough power to knock a guy flat on his arse if he's not careful; even after the PSU has been unplugged for over a day.
If you want to be sure that the capacitors are discharged, disconnect the power cord, push the power button on the case. Besides that, it's not like you need to get real intimate with the innards, the fan is usually pretty easy to R&R.
