Replace stock fan on VisionTek Xtasy GF3Ti500 with Crystal Orb?

Should i replace the stock fan with the crystal orb if im planning to overclock the VisionTek Xtasy 6964 Geforce 3 TI 500??? i measured the stock fan and its 45mm and the COorb is 50mm.. not sure if it will fit and properly.. has heatsinks around it..
