Replace my DFI

Ok, I've decided to replace my DFI LanpartyUT UltraD NF4 while it's being RMA'd and I'm looking for help picking a replacement, I've got a AMD Dual Core Opteron s939, 2gb G.Skill Value Series PC3200 RAM, Creative Soundblaster X-Fi XtremeMusic 7.1 PCI sound card and I'll be putting a new video card in it as well (probabably the 7950GT) for cooling I've got the SI-120 by Thermalright with an 80mm Panaflo Fan on top.

The two boards suggested to me by RL friends are the Chaintech VNF4 or one of the ASRock 939 boards but nothing super specific and I want some advice on what would be best for my needs. I won't be overclocking with this board and after my DFI board gets back I'll be using this board and my old video card (eVGA 7800GTX) to build my wife a gaming rig.

I love my VNF4 board- but you'll probably have to flash Bios for the dual core and don't expect any future tweaks to Bios revisions(no support). Can you still find them for sale even?
