replace gpu fan

I have these two cards with their fans dying. What kind of fan should I get or should I get a couple of fanless heatsink for them. I haven't paid much attention to tech stuff lately and I need some help.

I heard ZM-NB47J or ZM-NB32J is good but is it for video chip or NB chip? Are there any difference b/w these two chips? Thanks in advance for answering a couple of noob questions.

Well if the heatsinks on these are fairly beefy, you may be able to get away with not putting a new fan or hs on them (especially in the case of the mx440), seeing as they are often passively cooled anyways.
