Replace default Avatar

Would be more work for some-one, but one could prevent a specific avatar from being used except by noobs.

Once they have neffed themselves to a member level, then the noob could be allowed to change the avatar.

you may have n00bs posting once or twice and then never returning again. then we'll see boring avatars decorating our threads forever! 😉

No different than the spammers that get trapped and locked out.
At least an honest noob will eventually grow up.
