Replacable gfx on laptops?

OK, so I'm looking into getting a gaming laptop from either ibuypower (most likely), or possibly PCTorque. Sooo, the question is: Where could I buy MXM cards and mobile processors for laptops? Also, how does non-MXM replacable video work, and where can I buy those cards?
