Replacable gfx on laptops?

OK, so I'm looking into getting a gaming laptop from either ibuypower (most likely), or possibly PCTorque. Sooo, the question is: Where could I buy MXM cards and mobile processors for laptops? Also, how does non-MXM replacable video work, and where can I buy those cards?

Well, I heard some laptops are upgradable. But most of them can't be upgraded GFX wise...

I know for a fact how MXM cards work, here's a link:

However, I have no idea as to where to buy MXM cards. Also, on www.ibuypower.com, there are some other upgradable laptops that are not MXM (that is, video card upgradable). What kind of standard is that, and where are replacements buyable?
