I favor repealing all of them because most of them are ridiculous, and because getting rid of them would give each state better representation, rather than having the mob rule we have. If Massachusetts wants to exclude white males from voting, then they should be allowed. I really don't see a problem with states being allowed to discriminate. The Federal Government shouldn't be allowed to discriminate, but states should.
There's a reason why the Constitution originally never set voting requirements--it was because the states were supposed to have equal representation, rather than having national mob rule.
14th and 16th Amendments suck because they allow for illegal aliens and the individual income tax respectively. Also, there are too many 14th Amendment abuses in the Supreme Court.
Does anyone else see the problem with mob rule, and the overpowerment of the 10th Amendment?
I really wish the articles of Confederation was the law of the land, because you wouldn't have the illegal alien problem, you wouldn't have all this bias against race, and a whole S load of problems wouldn't exist.
