Repair scratch on Monitor

I have some scratches on my monitor screen and I hate them so much. Is there any way I can remove it? Thanks!

On the monitor or the anti-glare coating? My dad has a nice NEC 19" monitor that had a scratched anti-glare coating that made the monitor look like it was going bad.
