Repair broken plastic

My unprofessional opinion: with just epoxy, it's not going to be nearly as strong as it was. I'd probably put a couple of screws or metal rods into it too.
 
I would epoxy it. Epoxy it back together, and let dry. Then fill the slots on both sides with the epoxy. This should be stronger than the original part.
