P&N is one lower.

Honestly, though, wouldn't you expect the head of the DEA to excel mostly at following rules, and not thinking? I think it would go with the territory.

lol funny funny...

she was sooooo afraid to just admit that pot DOES IN FACT deter people from other drugs....

i use a benzodiazapine for anxiety (klonopin), i would MUCH rather use MMJ if it wasn't illegal... anyone who's ever smoked MJ for any amount of time, knows, it is basically a cure all medicine.. it's been used that way for thousands of years, it works better than any benzo for anxiety, works better than any nsaid for pain relief, works better than anything at all for even basic stuff like headaces, and nausea..

Jared Polis is a cool guy, came to my high school once to answer questions that people had.

Kudos to Polis in the pownage, but that's like saying, is drunk driving at 0.25 BAC worst than drunk driving at 0.08 BAC?

Yes, she's an idiot, but his final question/point is flawed. It's congresses job to write the laws. She's only tasked with enforcing them. So he should be asking his fellow congressman to change the laws.

They set the priorities though. Taking Tylenol contrary to the label is illegal also, but they aren't spending much time enforcing that. They can also advocate policy that isn't retarded when dealing with congress, but then they'd be talking themselves out of a job, and we can't have that.

She's in a political realm. She has to say what she's saying. If she didn't then she would get fired and someone else would get paid to do and say what she was doing...

It's how it works. We all know this. The other politician was just making fun of her.

She should be fired. Not for failing to answer that question, but for not having the ability to turn that line of questioning around and completely embarrassing that grandstanding prick.

"So congressman, are you saying that the illegal/legal demarcation line is determined by health risk?"

"So congressman, following your line of questioning, which is the bigger health risk, pot or tobacco?"

"So congressman, how much money have you taken from tobacco coalitions to finance your campaigns?"

Watch that douchebag empty suit ask for a recess faster than the speed of light.
