So, You refuse to face the facts. Got it. And you still cannot understand the words I typed.

I refuse to accept you & Trump making it about race simply because Lewis happens to be black. He questioned Trump's legitimacy on the basis of Russian meddling

How blind can you be to not look at what you believe when your team seeks the same results as Russian Oligarchs?

No.

Republicans and conservatives didn't spend the 3 months post election trying any and every angle they could claiming McCain and later Romney were the legitimate winners.

The shining mark of grace on the left post-election has been Bernie Sanders, and it makes me wish now he had more of a shot at the Presidency. People like Lewis should be shamed for calling Trump illegitimate, just like all the birthers were shamed.
You elected The head birther as president.

If the people who voted for Trump don't sit there now and go "I made a serious mistake" then they are so fucking stupid that if they shot themselves in the head their IQ would go up because the lead bullet is smarter.

People like you are exactly why Trump was elected, and why people like him will continue to win elections.

You're totally right, spending the next eight years saying the president is a secret Kenyan Muslim that is illegally the president is totally not being sore losers.

Thanks for showing just how far in the bubble you are.
Your grasp on perspective is skewed. Please tell me exactly how many seated Republican congressmen boycotted Obama's inauguration. Please tell me how many rallies, marches, support drives were held to pressure the electoral college into electing McCain and later Romney. Please tell me how much money was poured into state recounts in the days after Obama won the elections.

Please, please resemble an "Elite" member someday. Maybe doesn't have to be today, but someday would be nice. I would absolutely love to hop back into this forum and be able to say "Wow, this forum has returned to civil sanity." It's just not happening with people like you anointed as the "Elite" members.

Hahaha, I am totally unsurprised that you selectively interpret a march as being a sore loser but millions of republicans choosing to ignore reality to declare the president an illegitimate Kenyan not being a sore loser.

This says a lot about you.

I don't have to resemble one, I am one. Nobody cares about it but you. If you have a problem with it then talk to the moderators. Otherwise, dispense with your weird obsession with it.

The Nation elected The head birther as president.
FTFY

The birthers absolutely were shamed. Problem was the left couldn't just stop there - the left continued and shamed large percentages of people to the point where shaming no longer had the intended effect, and led to the nation electing the candidate who pushed back the hardest against the left's shaming.

Be an adult about it and decide against tit-for-tat pettiness?

Remember, this thread exists because a seated Democrat mere days before inauguration called the President-Elect "illegitimate". Doesn't get any pettier than that.

That's... the opposite of pettiness. It's a serious accusation based on supporting evidence (whether or not you think the evidence holds up, it's there). Pettiness is childish labelling and name-calling based purely on spite... or, say, launching Twitter rants because a TV show made fun of you.

The nation is probably a bridge too far considering the undemocratically elected president was not elected by the nation, but a well-placed minority.

On the plus side, this is a milestone for Republican support for minorities! :D

You can usually count on one hand the number of hours it takes conservatives to declare that the people complaining about racism are the REAL RACISTS. It took about two days for this one so I applaud their admirable restraint.
You give us too much credit. We merely fell asleep out of boredom as leftists were playing the race card yet again.

LMAO!!!! This going to a fun 4 years
Well, it's certainly going to have its comedic relief. Virtually the entire Democrat Party has adopted its version of Birtherism.

Hey, don't feel bad about not answering. He asked you a REALLY hard question. I mean, it had counting and everything!

Well . . . technically counting to zero is counting.

Lewis has absolutely no leadership skills and the worst poker face ever. He has spent his entire life looking and living thru the rear view mirror and couldn't hold a candle to the legacy of MLK. And don't forget...it was democrats that ordered the trooper assault on him years ago possibly the military arm of the DNC...the KKK.

Really. When did Trump exhibit any shame, remorse or issue an apology? I must have missed that.

I didn't make it about race because he is black. I merely identified him as a race baiter and dismissed his opinions based on that alone.

I don't have a "team". I also stated that Trump was in the wrong and should have ignored the comments.

50 years later & they're all Republicans. Deal with it.

Attacking Lewis doesn't give Trump greater legitimacy. Only ~3M votes would have done that.

Lewis has an established pattern of this adolescent behavior. The DNC remains the party of division and race baiting along with viewing everything thru the prism of "color"...just like the DNC of yesteryear. Nothing has changed. Same old democrat plantation...just new names and faces under the white hoods of racist democrat bigotry and division. The Lewis "kook" also failed to show up for the G.W.Bush inauguration because he "felt" he wasn't legitimate ..and he wasn't missed. The 3 million vote squawk is meaningless when you consider not long ago the DNC was gloating over their "electoral" blue wall..at that point in time they didn't care about the pop.vote. Factor out the DNC dead vote / double votes / illegal votes and your three million vote gloat is a straw man on fire.

MLK's Niece Admits "I Voted For Trump"

‘I pray that all polar opposites learn to Agape Love, live and work together as brothers and sisters—or perish as fools. While I voted for Mr. Trump, my confidence remains in God, for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Prayers for President-elect Trump, Congressman Lewis, and everyone including leaders.’

"
The Dems need to accept the reality that "you can't fool all of the people, all of the time".

Decades after being in charge in places like Philly, Detroit, Chicago...and what do the residents there have to show for it? Increased costs, and an overall diminished quality of life."

Jane Fonda filmed a pro North Vietnam visit during the war there.

Who cares, there are 7 billion people out there, if they say or do stupid things it just happens.

A lot of people regret things they do later in life, it is not an excuse to be an air head in real time.

I even dislike responding to your vacuous posts, so I won't again, and won't bother taking the time pointing a lot of other things that that are incorrect.

Would be a waste of time for both of us.

You mean where she posed on an anti-aircraft gun that shot down and/or killed American pilots that were in some cases still being tortured by the government she made the propaganda video with? That thing?
