Good for you but none of what you posted was relevant other than to deflect from the current situation. The Congressman has serious issues, is on a major power trip and is an asshole, and it doesn't matter whether he is an R or a D, that would still be true.

Just saying, there are different standards depending on which party you are affiliated with.

Look at how the Democratic party forgave Baldwin over his gay marriage insult. All because he publicly supported gay marriage.

I'm sure they have all said it at one time or another and he just didn't have the sense to make sure he wasn't being recorded. Should he have done it? No.

The standards should be the standards for everyone.

You didn't say anything about it until you brought up a 45 year old situation that involved a Democrat and whined about different treatment for one vs the other. Seems to me that you got your panties in a wad because the bad people were picking on your boy and instead of condemning him for what he did, you jumped straight to the playbook and tried to deflect the situation to the 'other party'.

Because my friend Great Smoky Mountains National Park is part of the National Park Service which is part Department of Interior which is a federal agency. The park is part of and run by the federal government not Tennessee.


The only thing Tennessee has managed to do to the GSMNP is allow tasteless white trash dumps at Gatlinburg - right its main entrance with billy bob hotels and other crap which has NOTHING to with the natural wonder of the park.

I saw an interview with the reporter saying he wasn't afraid he could handle himself. My money is on the Senator, older yes but bigger and I'd bet has more experience.

I was referring to Gatlinburg, ever been there? Sure there are areas with no development adjacent to the park. many beautiful areas. Tennessee has some great state parks as well.

Isn't there also another town you hit before Gatlinburg that has the Dolly Parton Amusment park of something like that. Yea, totally out of control development going on there.
