hey mods....i had many pm's so i exported them all...i still cant pm people....i wait but still nothing...what is the turnaround time on this feature?? thanks!
 
Try clearing your cache after you do this, then refresh the page. If that doesn't work, click to go to your normal homepage, then re-enter AT and all should be well. Try the first method.
 
If you've confirmed that you've exported the PM's you want, you could also erase them by date to double-check you're startin' fresh and clean.
