I've been checking out some rental ads in Vancouver, BC and I keep seeing n/p and n/s. I figure that n/p means no pets but what does the other one mean?

 
Thanks guys. I realized that after I posted. I was just concerned at the time because for some reason I thought it meant no singles 😀.
