Rent in Manhattan - $48.33 per square foot annually!!!!!

I rent a tiny 1BR in central Cambridge (between MIT and Harvard--Central Square where all the breeders and bums hang) for $1000 and that is CHEAP! Im not sure what the square footage is though. Probably a few hundred square feet.
