rename shell ...?

Hello

I use Red Hat 7.3. I always open the terminal and press "new" button create 2 or 3 more terminals( these ternimanals are located in the same window, not separate). However, these terminals name are like "Shell no 1", " Shell no 2" .. and so on. How can I rename these shells ? I want to rename it because it more convinient!
