Removing the boot loader

Hi,
I used to dualbot Windows 2000 and Linux (SuSe) but now the usage of the computer has changed and I have no use for Linux anymore. I have used Partition magic to remove the linux pertition but I can't seem to figure out how to remove the boot loader. Anyone know how?

Thanks in advance

Don't know about 2000 but in XP you would boot off the recovery cd and type fixmbr at the prompt. I think fdisk /mbr also works if you can get into dos from any startup disk. Search those two commands in this forum and you will find a more detailed answer.

With 2K, use your install CD to get to the recovery console, and type in "fixmbr" <enter>. This will write a new master boot record to the default boot device.
