Removing Seized 02 Sensor

Trying to remove a seized 02 sensor out of a manifold. I've tried PB Blaster, a 12" socket, and trying after letting the engine idle for 15 minutes to heat up.

Any other suggestions? I'm a little worried about using a breaker bar in fear of breaking the sensor

Glad you got it. I was going to suggest the torch. I had to do this quite a while ago and let the truck run to heat it up, then dumped ice on the sensor and it popped loose with a ratchet/socket. Might not be a good idea on cast iron manifolds, as I guess it could crack from the ice.....

Taking a hammer and busting off the pigtail and using a 6 point socket and an impact gun works pretty well too.
