Removing Recycle Bin in XP from Desktop?

How would I remove the recycle bin in XP RC2 from the desktop? Thanks.

Do you really want to get rid of it, or do you just want to hide it so that you have a totally clean desktop?

To hide it you can right-click anywhere on your desktop, select "arrange icons by", and unclick "show desktop icons".

I don't know how to get rid of it, or why I would really want to.
