Removing PUP adware!!!!!!!

I have run malwarebytes and adwcleaner (both are updated) and it keeps coming back. I've Googled and read to disable Chrome Sync and reset everything and then run malware bytes, etc. Still doesn't get rid of PUP adware.

I've even uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome.

There were three that I have.
PUP.optional.trovi (this one is listed twice??)
and
pup.optional.conduit.

Any ideas??

I'm running rogueKiller now.

Ketchup - As I stated in my original post I have read about disabling sync and reset, etc. Still doesn't get rid of them.

Pups aren't super-worrisome, and in some cases required for some aps to work propely (as you found with Google). Another example is the conduit one, which is used by many toolbars. It will probably keep coming back if you don't remove the toolbar (from the browser or programs and features).
