Removing password complexity requirements in Server 2008

Is there a way to remove the password complexity requirements for user accounts in Windows Server 2008?

it can be found in following location in the group policy settings: computer configuration: windows settings, polices, security settings, account policy, password policy..

but why would you want to remove password complexity?

I have disabled complexity for domain accounts. Reason is even I cant figure out their mechanism. I can write what should be complex and it fails. Hell I will write nearly the same password with different character but same pattern and it fails. If I cant consistently create a complex password there is little chance my end users can. Also when I did force complexity at a different job all I found was people would write their passwords on a piece of paper because they couldnt remember it lol. Defeats the purpose. So I leave it at 7 characters and remember the past 6 passwords.
