wooden floor? wait for it to dry and it should come off easy

at least thats what happened to oure wooden floor heh

If you wait for it to dry, it'll strip the protective coating on the wood. Whatever, you can recoat the wood.

Latex won't strip it assuming it's interior grade. Oil based, it could do some damage to the flooring.

Latex, wait and let it dry. It will come right up.

Yep....let it dry. I have a few spots on my floor that I've been too lazy to fix, but you should be able to get it up with the edge of a credit card...
