Removing paint from a plastic/rubber car bumper

Woman hit our car in the parking lot yesterday. There's no scratch, just a line of white paint. Some of the paint just rubbed off.

Is there any product that will remove the other cars paint without damaging the finish on our car? Should we just take it somewhere and have them do it?

Only try the rubbing compound if the polishing compound isn't working. Rubbing compound will dull the finish on your car. If you do need rubbing compound to get it off, then go over the area with polishing compound after you're done with the rubbing compound, and it should be nice and shiny again.

don't over do it! then you'll have a bad case of the swirls...follow up with polish, then wax the car while you're at it.
