Removing ICQ Banners in 2000b message windows

I saw a huge thread posted about this topic, and figured I would start a new one, as the fix I found is a LOT easier than anything I saw in that thread. Check it out here.

I fixed mine in about 5 minutes, and I didn't have to reinstall anything.
