Removing Fan/Heatsink From P2 400 Processor?

I bought a new fan and heatsink for my P2 400 Processor but I can't figure out how to remove the old one. I took the processor out and I was able to remove the fan from the heatsink but I can't figure out how the heatsink is attached to the processor. It's a regular Intel fan and heatsink that came with the processor. The new one is an Antec. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it SECC2 or SECC1?

I'm not sure how do I tell? All I know is that it's a slot not a socket processor.
