Removing Fan from Retail PIII 450

I know it should be obvious... but I can't seem to see how to remove the slot 1 fan from my retail 450. Can anyone shed any light on the subject for me? Thanx.

Put a case screw flat on your desk, then stick it in the holes on the back of the processor and push the pins out.

It seems scary actually, but if done properly (there aren't too many ways to do it) just push and ýou will acheive.
