I see Nvidia driver remover programs becoming popular. The same thing happened when the average schmuck abandoned 3dfx en masse. ATI's uninstaller removes nearly all the files and just leaves behind some reg entries which can be removed with the cleaner from jv16.org. With Audigy there is a lot of schtuff left behind -both files and registry entries. What exactly is that "Cleansweep"? It looks to be part of a solution for a conflict or somesuch which entails moving the card, but not really for removing anything more than the uninstaller leaves behind.
