You might try the kind of thing that is used to remove scratches from eyeglasses. That fills the scratch, but I'm not saying it will work. It just seems logical since it is the same kind of problem.
LCD screens usually have a protective coating on them. Anything you use to clean/remove the scratch can potentially damage the coating making it worse.
