If Google doesn't care enough about spammers wasting their space and resources, why should anyone else? BUT, god forbid a person or ogranization claims your legit video has copyright infringing audio/video/pics/whatever in it, Google will instaremove it.

Again, why waste your time if even Google can't even be bothered to "hire" some interns and pay them in coffee and snacks to catch the obvious ones (10,000+ videos in a few months is pretty freaking obvious)? This is like somebody going around reporting illegal installations of Windows to Microsoft as a hobby.
