I have one but I almost never use it... I have an older one with the cheap looking paper lables. It sticks fine and has no problems reading the disc. I used it once to save a CD that the top layer was peeling off.

CD stomper has templates for newarly every type of CD label available. It works great, been using it for a while. Get a cheap ream of CD labels (BestBUy has 300 for $20). Then just select the right template, and you're off!
