Removed all sites from cookies exception list in Firefox AGAIN

I block all cookies except for the few sites I often visit with "Allow for Session" in the exceptions list.

When I'm moving too quickly, every once in a while I'll accidentally hit "Remove All Sites" followed by a long drawn out double facepalmed ffffuuuuuuuuuuu.

I don't backup my profile so I doubt there's any way to just restore the list as it was, but it's not too much of a hassle to just readd the ones I forget as I need them.

I'm honestly amazed that this button doesn't have a confirmation dialog box. Surely there must be a way to enable one, or some other method of preventing myself from doing this yet again?
 
I to occasionally suffer from Klutzitis and although not a cure, I have found MozBackup to be an acceptable 30 second remedy for the occasional relapse.
