Do you know anything about scholarships?

Some are need based, some are grade based, some are talent based, some are based on a 1 paragraph writing.

I think you can pick which ones dont care about "low" grades.
 
Look for the more "specialized" scholarships which aren't open to everyone. There are scholarships for things like "students of Serbian descent who are studying biology". The competition for those is obviously going to be much less than the standard merit-based academic scholarshipss.

I went to school with a guy who got a quarter-scholarship simply for being of Native American heritage. He was only 1/16 Native American! And his grades weren't very good.
