Remove vendor created CDFS partition from USB Flash Drive

Have a vendor given USB flash drive. It has a cdfs partition that I cannot delete, cannot modify or remove. Is there any software to get rid of this? I dont really care about the space , I just care that every time I plug it in it does an autorun and is annoying

I've user Drive Key from HP before to format flash drives, maybe that could work in your case?

Also if I remember correctly portable apps had something that removed the U3 partition.

The vendor that gave them out is called nextgen. I tried the U3 remover, it doesnt see the drive

Try partition magic, it should be able to remove any nonsense partitions on just about anything.
