Remove System Driver in WinXP

Is there any way to remove system driver (not from device manager, but from System Info/Software Environment/System Drivers)?
I can disable them from command line recovery mode but I cant find any way how to remove them. Problem is that system is loading obsolete drivers like AGP drv for chipset of previous board etc.

Any idea?
