Remove SMTP server from iPhone?

Quick question about something that I cannot find the answer to after 120 seconds of searching on Google :

How do you remove a SMTP server from the list of "Other SMTP Servers" available for e-mail on the iPhone?

EDIT: Also, how do you change the primary SMTP server for a particular account?

Wouldn't you have to delete the mail account that specified it?
Other Smtp servers is a list of smtp servers defined in the individual mail accounts.
