Remove IRQ from AGP in WIN98

Hi Y'all,
I was wondering how to remove the IRQ from my AGP card. In my bios I have both USB and IRQ for VGA disabled. When I boot in WIN2k, everything is great, however in win98 I have an IRQ set for my AGP gard. I have an S3 ViperII and form what I've read this card does not need an IRQ. My mobo requires AGP and PCI slot one to share IRQ. Slot one is where my NIC resides and I would like it to have no IRQ conflicts. Can I do what I want? How do I do it? Thanks.
As Always,

NICs generally won't work in slot 1 even if you turn off AGP IRQ in BIOS. NICs like PCI slots 2 and 3.

Thanks Obe,
My problem is that my mobo (BX133) has alot of IRQ sharing between PCI slots. It breaks down lie this:
AGP and Slot one share IRQ
Slot2 and Slot 5 share IRQ
Slot3 and the onboard RAID share IRQ
Slot 4 is free from IRQ share
So as you can see, I theoretically have only 4 different IRQs available. My system needs each one of these. I am running:
ViperII - IRQ 11
Dlink NIC - IRQ 11 Slot1
3Com NIC - IRQ 5 Slot2
SBlive - IRQ 9 Slot4
HPT Raid - IRQ 10
Any suggestions?
As Always,
D

Disable serial ports if you are not using them to free up 2 IRQs.
