AVG Anti-virus recently detected "Trojan.Dropper.Bridge.A" on my computer. It can not remove or quarantine it. I can not find it listed on the AVG virus encyclopedia.

I tried googling it, but the results aren t that great.

I have tried disabling system restore and running the scan again, but that didn t do it.

Thoughts ?

you can try removing it manually.
just reboot to safe mode and delete the files in the hard drive and any registry entries it made

P.I.M.P.

I believe the file was in my recycle bin and kept getting detected. I used Norton so there were like 4000 protected files. I purged everything and avast no longer seems to detect anything.

Thanks for the link.
