Remotely playing MP3s on Windows Mobile device?

Would there be any way to connect to either my PC or a storage area somewhere with all my MP3s so that I can play them through my phone? On 3G there should be enough bandwidth to play them, but is there a way to do so?

You would have to setup your PC as a sever FTP access?. VPN?

I've heard of Sprint Mogul users using this to stream their MP3s, videos, even live TV to their Moguls while using the EVDO network.

agreed. just seach their forums. not all phones and carriers play nice. everything from verizon is SOL, but I've read that Sprint works fairly well. I'm not sure about Tmobile or ATT. When I was on Tmobile I think it could have worked, but my phones refused.

tmo is still on slow edge internet, so if your phone could stream it wouldnt be very useful- but tmo does allow it. they are comming out with broadband speed internet within a year, arent they?
