Remote Wake on lan?

Okay, I'm just not as bright as I used to be... one too many doobies?

I require assistance, obviously. I have a Netgear WNR2000 (v2), and I want to be able to remotely wake my computer from sleep from my iphone. There are instances where it will be necessary for me to access my home computer from my iphone, but I don't want to leave the computer on all of the time, and sleep mode seems to be my best bet.

Is this possible? I've never used wake on lan, and not even familiar how to even get that up and running. I do know that it's a setting in the bios that I've never touched.

Help me out here, if you're willing to put up with explaining this to me
