I have a small site I support that run mainly apples. I would like to have some sort of remote assistance program that doesnt require me to forward ports because I have multiple machines. Is there anything like this? Basically I just want them to either send me an invite and let me remote in, or alternatively give me a list of machines I can connect to

I've been using the free version to help fix my boss's computer, as well as my family over on the east coast. Helps keep them all easily accessable in 1 place and, well, its free 🙂

If you are supporting Macs just have them fire up iChat on Leopard and you can use ScreenSharing. Though if they are using an older OS you can go for logmein
