remote desktop with AT&T cable?

I have remote desktop setup on my WinXP Pro box using an AT&T cable line. I can open the tsweb site locally, but when I do it from work or a friends house, it just comes up 404, site not found. does Terminal Services/desktop sharing use the default http port, or is there another port that AT&T is blocking for some reason that isn't allowing this to work?
