remote desktop question

I have used teamviewer and join.me in the past with my same laptop with no issues. however now i cannot view other people's desktop. They can view mine but i cannot see their desktop.

I am using Windows XP pro, 32-bit.

please help. thanks.

do you have remote desktop enabled and are you on a domain? on the same LAN? remote desktop is off by default, and if youre not on a domain then you will have to have an account on each workstation you wish to connect to

do other people have xp pro, or xp home, or something else (that is, did you mean you are all using xp pro, or just you personally)? the device you are trying to remote has to support remote desktop, which isnt available in xp home and some versions of vista/windows 7, but they should support remote assistance

you havent really given that much information about your setup
 
i figured it out...i had my IE settings very high so adobe flash was not launching properly.

Join.me works fine for me now
