remote desktop just quit working

Here is the situation: I am away from my computer but left it on before I left so I could access it remotely. I have been able to successfully access it through remote desktop the past few days, but today it suddenly quit working. It just gives an error message that says:

"The remote connection has timed out. Please try connecting to the remote computer again."

I can't even connect to the computer anymore. I know the remote computer is still on, because it is sending a file via torrent to the computer I am using now, and the send has been going continuously the entire time, even after remote desktop quit working.

Any ideas?

EDIT: n/m, a simple reboot fixed the problem. I could've sworn I had already tried that...

Sometimes the remote desktop service can stall/hang/stop. I only see this with Server 2003 though sometimes at work. Usually just 1 or 2 problem servers. Anyways, you should be able to connect to the PC using "services.msc" at the command prompt, then connecting to the remote PC(Action -> Connect to another computer...). Once connected I think you can restart the Remote Desktop service from there.
