Remote Desktop Connection

Hi,

I have a user who has problems when people use the Remote Desktop Connection to his PC. He is finding that the screen will go black with a white cursor on the screen, instead of the locked box that normally shows.

The connections are using the same credentials as his, and have only been apparent for a while.

It is machine based, as I have logged him into another PC and the problem does not occur.

I cannot re / un-install Remote Desktop connection as it will not let me.


Any ideas?
 
Can he remote desktop into other machines with his? Does the problem change if you log on with another account?
