How hard is it to setup? I currently use it here at work to get into the back office. How hard would it be for me to set this up so that I can get onto my computer at home? Would I be able to run all the programs that I normally run at home?

It's pretty easy assuming you've got a static IP address. If you've got a router you'd have to open up or pass through port 3389.

I use it for a couple of machines that are a couple of hundred miles from me, it was really simple to set up and use...

I use it all the time ... whether across campus, to access my pc from home, or even a month ago to access my pc from a remote island chain in the Pacific (read: Honolulu). It could be the single most useful feature I've found in my PC.
