Hi to all,

I need some help regarding Win REMOTE DESKTOP..

<b>Home desktop : </b>
Win XP Pro SP2;
McAfee Antivirus;
Tata Indicom Broadband 128 kbps (STATIC IP);

<b>Office Desktop: </b>
WinXP Pro;
Reliance Broadband 2Mbps;


Now i wana use REMOTE DESKTOP ....to browse my Home Desktop using my office system...

How do i do the configuration.....wht are the setting that needs to be done on my Home System and office system.

Well it all depends on the ADSL modem your are using.. i use the same setup for my home PC, i have a datarate of 256kbps unlimited and yes the service provider is TATA INDICOM. i have tried so many things on that ADSL modem to allow default RDP port for Remote Desktop but in vain. better thing is to call up customer care and ask them to send their Engineer to your place. but i have setup remote desktop to my office PC though, No problem there atleast i can work from home 🙂
